Mindfulness, Body and Breath Work: A 10-week course

Join Natalia Piusinska and Cat Rashid for a journey of mindfulness, movement and breath work. Unlike other courses, we bring extensive experience in psychotherapy, mindfulness, somatic therapy and endurance sport. Over 10 weeks, we will explore our mind-body connection and how we relate to others around us. We will combine somatic exercises, meditation, and a reflective space. We can help: understand negative thought patterns; deepen awareness of our body; release tension; be with difficulty; deepen our connection with others around us. 

About Us

Natalia is a qualified CBT therapist and trained in Contemplative-Based Trauma Resiliency. She also holds a Somatic Trauma Therapy Certificate whilst working with the NHS. In her spare time she is a triathlete representing Team GB.

Cat is a former British diplomat, and is currently in the qualifying year of a clinical PGDip in Couple Psychotherapy at Tavistock Relationships. She has trained as a mindfulness teacher and delivered Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy courses in UK Government. She enjoys ultramarathon running.
